Paul Smith DipAD, MA (RCA) Paul Smith received his Master of Arts at The Royal College of Art (London) in Visual Communication and Educational Technology. He established his consulting practice with research projects from Cambridge Consultants, the Open University, Ferranti-Brain Sciences Research Project, and System Research. Since then, he has conducted management seminars worldwide. Paul’s innovation and change-management presentations have been the highlight of numerous industrial and trade symposia. His regular columns in Spotlight Magazine and appearances at management events make him a popular figure in European business circles.

Helga Smith MA Helga Smith received her Masters Degree in Philology from the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt/M. Before joining PSA in 1991, Helga headed the translation department of a Frankfurt legal practice, worked in Argentina for Siemens, and was a cross-cultural instructor for the American Army Education Center in Hanau. Helga is an accredited Insights instructor with extensive experience in the training process cycle - from needs analysis and instructional design through to evaluation. Since 1991 she has been PSA co-principal responsible for business development and programme design. Her particular interest is in one-to-one client consulting and executive coaching.
