Background & Experience

Senior Associate with PSA for over 10 years, Craig‘s professional experience includes four years as a US naval officer as well as several line management positions within the US, Europe and the Middle East.

He was for six years Associate Director of the Middle East Management Centre (an affiliate of Management Centre Europe and the American Management Association) where he was responsible for business develop-ment, managing all in-company training projects and the marketing and delivery of public courses. During this period, he also gained experience as a course leader and facilitator.

Craig‘s professional career has provided him with a wealth of first-hand experience in managing multinational projects involving organizations with differing organizational and cultural values. His areas of expertise include team leadership, managing multicultural project teams and building high-performing human systems. He is particularly interested in assisting technically oriented managers to strengthen their people and project management skills and in helping managers to develop their ability to manage multicultural teams effectively.

His initial training as an engineer followed by graduate work in the behavioural sciences makes him keenly aware of the frustrations experienced by many technical managers attempting to adopt a more people-oriented approach. It gives him great personal satisfaction to assist others to reframe and navigate this career challenge.
